Training of Trainers Program is a basic course for trainers and officials, whose principal or additional obligations shall conduct training on specific topics. The training course provides basic knowledge and competencies that a lecturer or trainer must have to be able confidently and convincingly to conduct their training. The program provided the necessary theoretical and practical part in which participants have the opportunity to develop design teaching modules, teaching, presenting, moderated.

Vision to Action

In a successful company, the actions and the results of the different employees coincide with both the goals and the strategy of the organization. The prerequisite for this is a common vision. Visions and ideas filled with potential plus a realistic common goal will lead to success.

Conflict with proper communication

17 - 18 May 2024

The program will help you learn techniques for conflict management and will focus on turning them into win-win relationship. The most important instrument for this purpose is exempt from communication disorders. The greater part of communicating is perceived by non-verbal signals and their deliberate use to avoid conflict situations.
