Participation in the cycle of training seminars on the project, Active Youth Initiative for civil society
The European Management Centrehas developed togetherwith the "Institute for Economy and International Relations" programs of trainings andseminars.
Two seminarsfor representatives of youth organizations, student unions andNGOs to work with young people and others were held in Sofia and Varna within the project "Active Youth Initiative for civil society" № CSDP 2005-019.
The designof a modular programwas accomplished by Mrs.Maria Todorova and Mrs. Anelia Miteva whopresented the key documents, programs and initiatives in the context of the topic. The training modules such as "World Cafe" and "Networks and effective partnerships" attracted great interest among the participants, who actually developed a successful projectconcerningjuvenile topics. The seminar participants worked in groups on the following issues of building partnerships: "How to build effective partnerships with government institutions", "How to increase the motivation of young people" and"How to improve communication between youth organizations".
