Participation in training project LQW - EU, the European

The first training project LQW - EU within the European "Lifelong Learning"program, a subprogram of "Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation" 2009-1-PL1-LEO05-05,039 was accomplished in Krakow, Poland. The European Management Center is a partner in this project.
In the workshop, supervised by Prof. Rainer Czeh, creator of the evaluation system of training system LQW, five representatives from each partner organization participated. Major topics that were discussed:
• Presentation of the company ArtSet;
• Representation of LQW;
• Introduction of basic concepts;
• Preparing a plan for a report of expertise;
• Criteria of assessment;
• Key components of a report of the training companies concerning assessment and treatment.
The aim of the training was to create active participation: Interactive teaching methods, role plays etc. were used. The participants of the partner organizations have been urged to prepare a sample of examination of the quality of education in further education organizations. This will be the subject of the next training, expected to be accomplished in Kaunas, Lithuania.
