Most interest of the Train-The-Trainer program consists in helping to increase the stagnant market of training services. On the one hand you have those, who are already active in this area and agree to a balanced education as a promising opportunity for their own career development. On the other hand you have major organizations that develop an active learning culture and eventually forme their own team of trainers, who sometimes have to acquire special teaching skills.

The participants of this program learn to develop and improve their skills in the use of interactive approaches in the training of adults. Those professionals recognized in practice, managers and leading experts with extensive practical experience they need experience in teaching and transmitting knowledge.

Among the trainees reside representatives of the HR departments of companies like Mobiltel PLC, Lukoil Bulgaria, Kaufland Bulgaria, Telepol Ltd. and others.

The learning process is essential in conducting a training event. The trainer must be familiar with the process and its principles to understand how it can affect learning and he has to make it more effective and memorable. The aims of those trainings are to communicate the basic principles and techniques for conducting interactive learning. The participants had the opportunity to practice skills-training, to design a training, to achieve presentation skills and receive feedback. Each of the participants made a presentation that was recorded with a camera and afterwards analyzed. The program "Train-The-Trainer" was developed by Mrs. Nadia Savova and the teaching team of the European Management Centre.

"I was a participator in the training "Train-The-Trainer", organized by the European Management Centre, which was between 26-28 November 2009, and I want to share my impressions.
I am extremely pleased with both the organization of the seminar and Mrs. Nadezhda Andreeva herself, who conducted this training with intelligence, balanced behavior and professionalism.
