The Center for Vocational Training of the European Management Centre launched a series of training seminars� for the Raicommerce Construction Company PLC�within a project financed by the Operational Program "Human Resource Development''�which includes�qualification measures�and trainings for employees.�- No: ESF-2102-01-04001.

The main topics of the trainings�are: "Strategies and�designs in construction trade", "project management" and "teambuilding".

One part of the training�affects�the management board�of the company with a view to�recieve knowledge of management skills and process optimization.�It also pertains to�updating and expanding the professional qualification as part of the�occupation "economist".

In order to improve the�key skills of the company's�employees there will be trainings�within the system "XPERT Personal Business Skills". This system provides knowledge and acquirements by�adroitly combining theory and practice.

The�attendants will receive a participation certificate and a Xpert certificate, the only recognized certification for European soft skills, which�is currently issued in Bulgaria.

The running period of the project is one year and a half.
