Teleios Consulting and EMC organized a seminar for 32 pax HR managers

The�European Management Centre and Teleios Consulting organized a seminar for HR managers, administrative directors and other management board members.
The program focuses on the most important key topics and patterns concerning the process of leading employees.
The participants learned about the visible and invisible aspects of work on human capital management, how to use modern methods of selection, recruitment and�human resource�development. Lecturer was Mrs. Dot Palmer Fry,�she was able to keep�the interest of the participants�by giving�examples of good practice�from the HR area she is working in. She used interesting motivational schemes like�"Hold and Keep" for developing good employees and their commitment to one's company. Design methods of engagement and commitment, as�possibility of stimulating and balancing by using the influence of leaders and promote successes were also shown.
Managers of different levels of the banking sector, manufacturing firms and services, such as Piccadilly, Torin and clubbing, Aroma AD Moststroy AD, EPIQ Electronic Assembly, Mobiltel, Information Services SA, SA Winery Cave and others participated.
All attendants agreed that�HR management is one of the most important elements of�leading a�company.
