Youth - small and medium-sized enterprises


On 4th of November 2023, the EMC�accomplished�the seminar "Youth - small and medium-sized enterprises - factors of survival and success at the market". It was organized within the project�"Stakeholder network in the field of vocational training and guidance for the sustainable corporate development of young businesses and SMEs", funded by the "Leonardo da Vinci" program.
The seminar includes topics such as "opportunities to promote learning", "best practices by participating in projects", "the benefits of training" and others.�Best�samples of programs�to promote SMEs in the wine industry�as well�as�successful projects were presented�by Boriana Mincheva, expert from the National Agency for Wine. Within the seminar a�survey, entitled "Challenges facing young companies", was also presented. Attendants were representatives from companies such as Paladin Property Development Ltd., Arco Systems Ltd., Regus Bulgaria EOOD, Timo Ltd., PROFI CREDIT Bulgaria Ltd., SystemCert and others. The all advance the�view, that business success depends on management skills to promote development, innovation and participation in projects.�
